Thank you Anthony and the xchange air team. We had a problem with damp musty smells in our hallway and children's bedrooms after we installed a new roof and insulation. xchange air recommended a Forced Air Ventilation solution. It was the right choice and this morning, one day after the installation, the musty smell is gone.We are so pleased and the worry my wife and I had about our children sleeping in musty, damp air is also gone.The positive pressure the system creates is forcing the musty air out as described. Our system has been installed for over 12 mths and we just did our yearly filter maintenance. I can honestly say that the quality of the air in our home is always fresh and clean there is no musty dampness smell and no damp condensation on the windows in winter anymore. I have for years suffered with sinus and headaches these have greatly improved. Even our dog breathes better. Martin and his team have always been so helpful and offer great after sales service. They are trustworthy and honest which is very rare these days. If you are thinking of having this system in your house. Don't put it of any longer you won't regret it.

Noticed straight away the drier conditions in our home - no more must smells, carpets feel dry and cupboards aren't damp. The guys we worked with were awesome - friendly, no pressure and gave good explanation of what was needed. Install went smoothly. Wished we did this sooner.

So glad we finally got round to installing this system - should have done so years ago! We saw and felt the difference in the house almost immediately - dry non-musty cupboards for the first time since we moved in a decade ago! Anthony provided a comprehensive assessment of our needs. We have had installed subfloor fans to improve ventilation. They are very quiet and seem really effective. We liked that they took the trouble to hang the unit from the underside of the timber floor as opposed to leaving it lying on the ground. We would recommend this company.

Our old system was terrible but we are very glad we had you install this new system. Even operating just one zone is warmer than what we had. And the subfloor ventilation is just brilliant. I found Marty and his team very easy to work with especially given the time of year (December) that we were asking for a job to be done. Our original subfloor fans were replaced today. They had been working quietly doing their job for some 15 years. Martin came over to advise that they needed replacing and Dave installed 5 new 4 fan vents, as opposed to the old model of a two fan system, today. Just wanted to let anyone know who reads this, that this company is extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Great job boys! Highly recommended !
