I found the staff at Ultrafan very helpful and responsive from the first contact through to the final part of the installation process. On the day of the installation, the team were on-time, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Great service. Came for an initial consult and told us what we needed to do with a couple of different options, corrected some common misunderstandings about under floor ventilations and rectification works, and booked us in for the next week. The day after the install our in-home humidity had dropped from an average 68-81% each day, to 51%, and has continued to stay around 41-55% since. Plus our rooms have lost that chill they used to have. Xchange Air were life savers.

The two gentleman that turned up were very professional, approachable and happy to discuss anything and everything regarding the under floor ventilation SYSTEM installation at my premises. Did a great job with the sub-floor underfloor fan. Had it for about 6 months now and it's completely removed the damp smells and dried out the sub floor space now. We had NO CONDENSATION AT ALL this winter on our windows which was amazing, and due to the lower amounts of humidity in our house now. Well done and highly recommend, very professional team.

Called about a month ago because we have a constantly musty smell in one room even though it’s been treated for damp and has a damp course. Martin came and quoted quickly and Dave did the installation within a few days. 10 days after installation and there is no musty smell, I really think they’ve fixed it. And we’ve just had the worst rain EVER! Time will tell if this is the solution but so far so good.
